Well today we are taking it easy. Son Greg has the day off and so we are spending time with him, Lynn, Emily and Allison. Went out for lunch then did some shopping. Right now Greg and Tom are looking at a new I-pod touch. Tom mis-placed his i-pod and so we may as well get a new one. When and if the old one turns up he can sell it on e-bay Last night we were in downtown Naperville, Il. and listening to the Naperville Community Band play oldies about America. What a great program. Our daughter-in-law Lynn told us about the program and we just could not pass it up.

We drove to Plainfield on Wednesday planning to spend a little time with the kids and grand-kids before we head for "out west" in the rv. It is always fun to be around the kids, makes you glad you aren't a parent any longer, and glad that you have grand-kids to enjoy. Life is great.

For those who know Mel, he was still in the hospital last night when I called Carol. She is not sure when they will send him home, but I know it would be nice for her if he were home. It takes her about an hour to get into Urbana and she stays all day. Her daughter Annette came from California to help her and will return to California on Saturday. I think Phillip will be coming in on Saturday. Anyhow we will return to Cisco on Saturday or Sunday and help if we can.
